I'm a software engineer with 9 years of experience designing and shipping production systems. I care about clean interfaces, maintainable code, and solving the right problems.
I design for the failure modes first — timeouts, retries, and backpressure aren't an afterthought bolted on later.
Backend and frontend are one discipline to me. An API's shape and a screen's layout get the same attention to detail.
Most technical debt comes from solving a problem that didn't need solving. I spend time up front to avoid it.
